Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All orders over €10 benefit from FREE 2 day delivery across Malta and Gozo.

  • Orders under €10 will subject to a €5 charge which will be added on checkout.

  • Next Day Delivery is also available for an extra €3 which can be opted for at checkout or can be achieved for FREE on orders over €100

  • Gozo orders cannot benefit from next day delivery but are eligible for the FREE 2 Day Delivery on Orders over €10.

  • Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm. 

  • Confirmation emails and when the order is Out for Delivery will be sent.

Payment

  • Currently the Payment System available:

    • Cash on Delivery.

    • Revolut Banking on Delivery

    • Paypal

    • Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)

    • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Return & Exchange Policy

  • An order may either be cancelled;

  • Return of products will only be accepted if;

    • Product seal is unopened/undamaged.

    • Not damaged by the client.

    • Contents are exactly the same when the product was purchased.

  • Products may either be returned;

    • By the client. 

    • By contacting us on info@jsuppsmalta.com (All delivery costs will be deducted from the client's order).

  • Any charges to be borne by you will be deducted from the total sum owed by us to you, in the case that no charges apply, you will be refunded in full.
